Using the site miraatdweb.com implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree with any of them, do not use the Site.

1. Scope

The Site offers learning roadmaps for developers, in-depth skill cards, a curated library of external resources, and an automatically generated "skill of the day". The service is provided free of charge, "as is", with no express or implied warranty of completeness, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

2. Account registration

• Registration is optional and requires a valid email address and password.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Notify the operator immediately of any unauthorized access.
• You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your country to consent to personal data processing).

3. User obligations

By using the Site you agree to:

• provide truthful information during registration;
• not attempt to compromise the security, integrity or performance of the Site;
• not use the Site for illegal, abusive, defamatory or rights-infringing activities;
• respect intellectual property rights of third-party content linked from the Site.

4. Intellectual property

Texts, SVG illustrations, images, code and overall organization of the Site are protected by copyright. External resources linked from the Site remain the property of their respective authors; the Site only indexes them. The "Miraat·dweb" / "مرآة" name and logo may not be used without written permission.

5. AI-generated content

The "skill of the day" section is automatically generated by Anthropic's Claude model. Texts may contain inaccuracies, simplifications, or links to resources that are no longer available. They do not constitute professional advice; always verify the accuracy before applying them in production.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for:

• direct or indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the Site;
• loss of data, lost profits, service interruptions;
• content of third-party resources linked from the Site.

Nothing in this clause limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded (e.g. wilful misconduct or gross negligence).

7. Suspension and deletion

The operator may suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these Terms, abuse of the service, or request from a competent authority. You may delete your own account at any time by writing to legal@miraatdweb.com.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated. Material changes will be notified by email to registered users at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Site after the change is published constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumer disputes, the mandatory forums established by consumer protection law apply. More favourable provisions of consumer law in individual EU Member States are reserved.
